We’ll need a bit more detail to be able to help since everything is working fine on our LINUX machines.
Is it a problem for all spectra or just for a new one you’re trying to load into an existing project?
Check the console you are running the software from to see if there are any warnings or error messages related to the graphics or libraries.
Let us know what distro and hardware you’re using - do other graphics intensive programs work OK (e.g. PyMOL)?
