Backbone assignment - link residue to chain

Hello everyone

I recently updated my ccpn to the newest version 3.2.12. It seems that there is an issue/bug concerning the linking of NMR residues to chains in the backbone assignment module. The typical pop-up window confirming that the linkage has been made, doesn’t show up anymore. The python console also reports an error after trying to link them. When trying it on an other computer and also with other data, the problem still occurs. However, when using the older version, the linking works as usual.

Linking two NMR residues in the backbone assignment module does not work in version 3.2.12. I always get this error:

TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for -=: ‘NmrResidue’ and ‘int’

Sorry about this and thank for reporting. A fix is now on the update server.
