Hi,
I am trying to import the above mentioned bmrb file but it gives me the error:
“sequence elements must be 3 characters each, e.g., “ala ala ala”
or sequence must be a single string, try removing spaces and return characters: DG”
I checked the file and the formatting seems to be correct. Even the one mentioned in the tutorials. The sequence also seems in right order. Can you help me with this?

Hi Rubin,
The problem is that NMR Star importer in the current CCPN v3 version only handles protein sequences, however we are about to release next version which will be compatible with DNA and RNA NMR Star import.
I will see if I can tweak your NMR Star to import your shifts.
