CcpNmr Analysis Version-2 no longer supported from Jan 2025

Dear CcpNmr Analysis Users,

at last year’s conference in July 2023, we announced that we will no longer be supporting CcpNmr Analysis version 2 after the end of 2024 and we are keen to re-iterate this here for a wider audience.

The code will still be available for download from our website and customers with a Version 3 licence will also continue to be able to use the program if they wish, but we will no longer be creating new builds for new operating systems, fixing bugs or offering other support for it.

We realise that many of our users still like and use this version of our program, but its upkeep is becoming harder and harder. It runs using Python 2.7 which is no longer supported and we are starting to find that some of the libraries and packages it relies on, are not compatible with the latest operating systems. We want to be spending our efforts on improving CcpNmr Analysis Version 3 instead.

If your lab or company would like help with transitioning from Version 2 to Version 3, then please do get in touch. We are very happy to schedule Version 3 workshops covering particular issues you need help with.

Best wishes from the CCPN team
