CD% and CE% assignemnts

Is there a reason that CD% and CE% aren’t available assignments for tyrosine and phenylalanine? I only see CDx/CDy and CD1/CD2 as options, but in my experiences these aromatic residues are usually indistinguishable.

Hi Niko,

Yes this is a bug (or limitation) in peak assigner. We are actually in the process of updating this module and it should hopefully be much more functional.

At the moment you have to type CD%.
