Coherence transfer errors during PDB validation

Hi there,

I am in the finishing stages of 3D structure assignments/ calculations. When submitting my data to the PDB validation service, most of my noe assignments are flagged as a through bond coherence transfer rather than an accepted noe. I am not sure if the error has to do with my noe assignments, how I have my experiments configured in ccpn/ xplor, or if it is an issue with the files I submitted to the PDB.

For context, I have submitted two other data sets to the PDB validation service and uploaded the out.nef and ensemble.pdb files with no issues. I am not sure why this third data set is causing problems, and any assistance with clarifying this issue is tremendously appreciated.

Hi Tyler,

OneDep system can be a bit moody when it comes to peak list submission. They have very strict and not always entirely appropriate rules for magnetisation transfer.

The easiest would be if you could send us your NEF file and I can have a look.
