Error Loading project from V2 to V3

Dear CCPN Team,

I am trying to open a saved project. I believe the said project was created on V 2.5.2 and I am trying to open on version 3.1.1 (System MacOS 12.6.3).

While trying to load the project, the terminal traceback starts like this:

INFO : Validating Project integrity… (Project._getAPIObjectsStatus:1451)

The terminal keeps running for several minutes until it crashes. The error is: Error loading “/myfolder_name/my_project_name.ccpn”: Cannot save: undefined apiTopObject

Could you please guide on how to solve this issue?

the best thing is if you send us your project to support@ccpn.ac.uk and we’ll take a look. No need to include the spectra.
