my first thought is whether this could be an issue that your .spc.par files are missing?
We didn’t ever come across any issues with Azara spectra when moving from 3.0.4 to 3.1.0 ourselves, but we do always keep the .par files in the same directory at the .spc files.
But I am aware that some people sometimes remove these after the file has been read into Analysis. I think we put a fix to allow for this into 3.1.0, but if coming from a 3.0.4 project this wouldn’t work.
