Is there any way to export or visual an assignment completion figure or graph? Something to show me how much of my protein, how much of the side chains, etc, have been assigned? Thank you.

Hi Chris,
I’m afraid at the moment we don’t have anything visual like that. I think we’ll hope to create a fairly basic table-based chart soon (analogous to the V2 Assignment Chart). Something closer to the Assignment Graph is still slightly further off, but certainly on our list of things to do as we overhaul our Assignment functionality over the coming year.
