I’ve been using HNCO/HNcaCO spectra but recently I had to redo peak picking. However, when I select a peak the spectrum window navigates to Ca (20-70 ppm) ranges. Is it possible to restrict the ppm range to search only CO ranges (170-180 ppm)?
Hmmm - I’m suprised by this. When I do the BB Assignment with these spectra, the 13C focus works fine. I’ve got my setting set like this:
I also tend to set the two 3D displays to Locked, so that I see the peaks in a nice aspect ratio.
Do you have anything set up differently?
