Would you like to find out how you can easily manipulate your data on the command line, create shortcuts and add your own functionality to the CcpNmr AnalysisAssign program? All you need is some (very) basic Python and you’ll be able to get started in this workshop.
We will introduce you to some basic concepts in object oriented programming and the CcpNmr Analysis data structure. You will find out how to create short (or long!) script based macros as well as pop-ups to make your macros more interactive and user-friendly.
Participants should have some basic familiarity with the CcpNmr AnalysisAssign program (e.g. from having completed our Beginner Tutorial) as well as some (very) basic knowledge of Python programming (e.g. indentations, conditionals and loops).
There will be plenty of time for you to work through our Macro Writing tutorials in your own time to gain some practical experience while members of the CCPN team are on hand to help out and answer questions or queries.
