Navigate from peaks to spectra not working properly anymore

Hi there,

I just updated ccpNMRv3 in the morning and noticed that since then the interface changed a bit, especially when trying to navigate from e.g. a peak in a 2D spectrum to a 3D spectrum. I like the new structure of the ‘Navigate to’ tool so the window doesn’t blow up so much when a couple of different spectrum windows are open.

However, something my colleague also experienced, is that sometimes going from a less dimensional spectrum (e.g. a 2D) to a higher dimensional spectrum (e.g. a 3D) is not possible anymore.

I found that from my 2D I can go to my 3Ds but not to my 4Ds anymore, which worked fine before the update and was my main way of navigating through spectra. Also from the 3Ds I cannot navigate to the 4Ds anymore.

My colleague experienced this in a similar but even worse matter. She cannot navigate from her 2D to any of her 3Ds anymore, which worked perfectly fine before the update.

Are we maybe missing something here? Is there any new settings we now have to pay attention to and change or is this a bug that came with the update? Did anyone else experience this issue?

We are using AnalysisAssign[3.3.2.3] on Ubuntu systems.

Here is how it looks when trying to navigate from a 2D to any higher dimensional spectrum in my colleague’s project:

Here is me trying to get from 2D or 3D to my 4D spectrum:

while navigating from the 4D to itself and another 4D and to the 3Ds and 2Ds still works fine for me:

I hope there is an easy fix to this that we are missing. Since this was a very useful and easy way to navigate through many spectra, it would be very annoying if this issue persists.

Thank you!

Sorry about this - two steps forward and one step back!
@ejb has put a fix on the update server, so hopefully it will now work as it should!
