Problem opening project folder

Hi!

I have a problem opening my project folder. When I try to open the project I get the following message.

Error loading file for: <ccp.nmr.Nmr.NmrProject [‘Ingrid’]>

Last xml tag read: NMR.AtomSet.atoms
Parser state was: reading
Current object was: <ccp.nmr.Nmr.AtomSet [‘Ingrid’, 1]>

And in the logbook:
WARNING: Failed to restore: 2D_HC (CcpnModuleArea.restoreState:694)
WARNING: Failed to restore: 2D_HH (CcpnModuleArea.restoreState:694)
INFO : ==> Loaded project PR:IngridNMR20220823_1 (Framework._loadData:1002)

Can I do something to fix the problem?

Hi Ingrid,

probably best to send us the project as a zip (no need to send the spectra) at support@ccpn.ac.uk. We may be able to fix it.

Otherwise, you may need to go to a backup. Do you have autoback up on? Backups of the project should be in the backups subfolder.
Alternatively, your C:/Users/Ingrid/Documents/Data/NMR/IngridNMR20220823.ccpn/ccpnv3/ccp/nmr/Nmr directory should contain a .xml.bak file as well as a .xml. You can try renaming the .xml to .xml.new (or something else like that) and the .xml.bak to .xml and then try opening your project. This would go back to the state in which you last saved your project.

Unfortunately, I do not have autoback up on. I will have it in the future.
