Problem referencing spectra on analysis3.0.1

Hi !

As a new user of CCPNmr, I started a project on Analysis 3.0.1. I had to update the software as the licence was no longer working. Since then, if I can upload my project and use the different modules, I cannot properly reference my spectra. When I try to modify the reference of a spectrum within the spectrum properties, the value of the reference goes diretly to zero, and then I can only enter a value with in a ppm, meaning for example either 115 or 116 ppm, but nothing in between. Did anyone ever encounter this issue. Is there a way to fix it ?

Thanks in advance.

Laura

Hi Laura,

if you use the mouse wheel or the up/down buttons, then yes, may only change the referencing by one ppm up or down. But you can also place the cursor in the box and type whatever number you like (to at least 0.0001 ppm accuracy).

Best wishes,
Vicky

I did try that. This is the first thing I did, before to try using the cursors.. But When I try to enter a value, it writes 0 instead and does not keep my value.

Best.

Hi Laura,

I wonder if your problem is that you are using Version 3.0.1 rather than 3.0.2. With the latest version (https://www.ccpn.ac.uk/v3-software/downl...-downloads) and updates you should hopefully be fine.

Best wishes,
Vicky

I will try to download the 3.0.2 version and see if this fix my problem.

Best wishes.
