I have been problems with my HetNOE experiment, even after the reprocessing, the rate is wrong and dont shows the experimental error. What action should i take ?

The first thing to check is whether the peaks in the two spectra that you are comparing both have their heights set correctly. Compare the two peak lists (expand the spectra in the left hand side browser and right click on the peak lists->Display as module).

the heteronuclear NOE calculation is just a simple ratio of intensities, so there is no fitting. That is why fitting graph doesn’t show anything.
The errors for the NOEs are derived from the signal to noise ratios of the peaks which requires you to estimate the noise of your spectra. For information on estimating your signal/noise see this webpage: Signal / Noise .
