Unable to run Structure 3.1.0 on Windows after installing updates

Dear Vicky,

I was successfully working with Structure/Analysis 3.1.0 on Windows for months.
After installing the latest updates I am not able to run the program anymore.
4 of them could not be installed.
Unfortunately, I did not create any recent nef file of the saved project.
Should I re-install the Version 3.1.0. I hope I will be able to open the saved project.

Best regards, Simona

The following message appear when I want to start the Structure:

Hi,

the first thing to try is to install those remaining updates. Sometimes when you install updates, they don’t all download and install properly. Simply click on Download/Install Updates repeatedly until the number of updates left to install is 0.

Hopefully that will sort things out.

Vicky

Hi,

thanks! It worked. I clicked on update.bat, the four reaming updates were successfully installed and the program opened.

Best regards,
Simona
